3.) While staying erect, twist as far as you can go and hold.
4.) Twist the other way and repeat.
5.) Go both sides 2 to 3 times, holding for 10 seconds.

This a very effective golf swing secret for eliminating or even reducing back pain and at the same time tremendously improving your golf backswing and follow through range of motions. The result will be a much better swing, higher club head speed and much more distance.
