which i do not want in 5 weeks time on holiday hehe
What exercise could i do in my house or outside on a feild something FREE and enjoyable that makes you lose a lot and lot of weight( not tenis..golf..you have to pay for the equipment)
Can anyone think of a really good fitness reigime that i can do and food thats cheap but healthy
also ive broke my arm haha so no press ups etc
well, if a belly is all you really need to lose, then could try a couple yoga poses that could help. surely in 5 weeks it’ll help, i swear. (i’ve been practicing yoga for a few years). yoga doesn’t take any equipment and you can do it anytime you like. first, at any time of the day/several times a day:
(1) lay on the floor, staight back, arms to the side, hold your legs straight up. from hip to foot, keep your legs straight, knees straight. you should feel the tightness in your legs and your belly. (also, slowly moving the legs from upright to almost to floor and back up helps even more).
(2) sit on your bottom with legs together, staight out in front of you. with a straight back, lean forward to grab your feet. (you may not go all the way at first, but that’s ok. with a short time pf practice, you will). when you grab your feet, use your belly to help you go down further.
(3) lay on your back, legs straight inline. use your belly to raise your legs all the way to your face. keep your knees straight. the longer you hold this position, the tighter you’ll feel your belly get.
i hope this helps. yoga can keep you in shape, lean muscle and flexible to boot. good luck!
